St Luke Academies Trust- School Improvement Director Required for September 2019

St Luke Academies Trust is a Multi-Academy Trust consisting of four schools in Kettering and Corby. Over its first four years, the Trust has developed and embedded effective systems, fostered a shared vision, and established an effective collaboration between schools and leaders.

The School Improvement Director will work collaboratively with our Board, the diocese and schools to continue our journey of improvement and the next phase of our development. The Director must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, sound judgement and problem solving skills, be able to lead from the front and also to motivate and develop effective teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate a clear vision for education and be passionate and knowledgeable about teaching and learning. This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to make a real difference to the lives of young people.
